Can suggestions from AI algorithms be used immediately?
No. AI algorithms require adequate data to find proper patterns. Since each dealer’s case is unique, and in order to protect data privacy of each dealer, the AI algorithms can be applied only on the dealer specific data. Depending upon lead numbers, collection of required volume of data can take 2-6 months before it can start providing reliable and concrete results.
How will Convertix AI categorize leads?
Convertix stores large amount of data for each lead, which includes prospect profile, demographics, interaction history, location, choice of models, etc. This enables Convertix to use large number of parameters to analyze overall effect on lead qualification. leveraging this dataset, AI algorithm can then predict the lead qualification probability of each new lead and enable focusing predominantly on such leads.

Can other Lead sources or Cloud Telephony preferred by dealer integrated with Convertix?
Yes, such integration can be carried out. Integration details (API documentation etc.) will be required, and the dealer will need to provide hand-holding. Such integration services are covered under paid customization services.
Is automatic lead assignments supported?
Yes, Convertix can be configured to automatically assign the Lead based on various parameters like lead address (city), lead source, vehicle type, executive availability (attendance), current executive assignments etc. The assignment rules can be configured either universally within the group or for specific dealership(s).
What is Lead reassignment?
A Lead can be reassignment for various reasons e.g. employee on leave, employee separation, repeated failures to attend the lead etc. All these conditions are configurable.
Does Convertix take into account the employee attendance during assignment?
Yes, automated assignment and reassignments take into consideration the attendance and working hours of the employees. Convertix includes employee management functionality, which facilitates easy attendance marking as well as holiday management.
What is the difference between Notifications and alerts?
Notifications are sent to the employees and/or their managers as intimation for the routine action e.g. lead assignment, task completion. Alerts are used for escalations, and can be sent to self (current lead owner) or to managers. Type of notifications & alerts, conditions and their recipients are all configurable.
What are Reminders?
Reminders are sent to various people involved in any specific activity prior to the event as reminder for their attendance for the event e.g. reminders are sent to the Customer and Sales Executive stipulated time before the scheduled test ride.
Can I generate & send multi-vehicle comparative quotations through this system?
Yes, the system allows you to create and send comparative quotations for multiple vehicles directly to leads via WhatsApp, or email, simplifying the decision-making process for customers.
Can dealer's employee choose vehicle models for the quotation?
Yes, Sales Consultant or Customer Relationship Executive can choose the vehicle models and variants based on various parameters like fuel type, transmission type etc.
Can I send quotations through the mobile app?
Yes, you can create quotation by selecting multiple vehicles and variants and send multi-vehicle comparative quotations via WhatsApp, email, or SMS directly from the mobile app.

Yes. Various test ride details are collected (star/end odometer readings), which also included integrated clicking of photographs (on mobile) along with geo-tagging of the photograph.

Convertix provides large list of reports, including lead conversion rates, sales performance by team member, lead source analysis, customer response times, etc.
Reports data is also shown in chart visualization mode.
What are Pivot Table reports?
Convertix Pro version includes advanced Pivot table for carrying out deeper pattern analysis.
Pivot Tables help in condensing large amounts of data into a more digestible form by calculating sums, averages, counts, etc. Data can be rearranged (or “pivoted”) by dragging and dropping fields, providing different views of the same data.
Along with tabular data, Convertix also represents data in form of charts.
Can I export data and reports?
Yes, all reports and data can be exported in multiple formats (e.g., Excel, CSV, PDF) for offline analysis or sharing with other team members. Data presented in various data tables on UI can also be exported depending upon access control.
Can a report be created as per the specific requirement of a dealer?

What happens if some required functionality is not available in Convertix?
Convertix has been designed and built as per the requirements collected from wide range of automobile dealers, and endeavors to cover all the required functionalities either directly or through advanced configuration. In addition to this, Convertix leadership team keeps monitoring the actual working and seeks feedback from the users, and defines roadmap of new functionalities and features to be included in new versions. Due to this, it is quite likely that the required functionality may either be provided through configuration or as part of roadmap. However, if the requirement is still not addressed, Convertix team provides customization services.
Are configuration and customization included in the Convertix base price?
One time configuration is included in the initial setup. Any further configurations (or changes) can be availed by the customer through Support Services.
